Looks our generation aren’t the only ones interested in the female orgasm. Turns out the female orgasm have puzzled even the biggest brains in society for centuries.
Aristotle took great interest in the fact that women could have evolved to achieve orgasms as it isn’t necessary for reproduction.
Let’s get down to the scientific part of it. Basically, the female orgasm triggers two hormones in the brain: prolactin and oxytocin. The stimulation of these hormones allows for the ovaries to release an egg in lots of mammals.
These days human ovarian cycles do not rely on sex alone, but many scientist believe that human reproduction may once have operated that way.
Why don’t we just be honest here, orgasms just feel fricking amazing!
