I am going to let you in on a little secret here; losing weight is not all that difficult. Not if you know what you are doing at least. You see, the real secret to losing weight is not trying to find the best diet plan. You are going to really have your work cut out for you there as the vast majority of them are abysmal. The actual secret to losing weight is:
Burning off more calories than you consume
It doesn’t matter what you eat (although you do want to make sure that you are getting all of your nutrients), and it doesn’t matter how much you exercise, if you are burning off more calories than you consume, then you are going to lose weight.
In order to benefit from this though you are going to need to find out the ‘base line’ amount of calories that your body needs (everybody is different).

There are plenty of different websites out there online which include calorie counters, so it should not be too hard. This will then give you a number of calories that you need per day to maintain your weight. If you shave off just 500 calories a day, whether it is through proper eating or exercise, then you will be well on your way towards getting the perfect figure.

I must stress that you should not be losing weight too fast. This is dangerous. 0.9kg a week should be sufficient. Providing you plan your diet well (good mix of vegetables and fruits) and exercise properly, you should have absolutely no issues in reaching that goal. Within weeks, just following this method, you could look better than you ever have done before! And guess what? You are not going to need to pay for some diet plan which may not work!
